The Cullen Melbourne - Art Series

The hotel has 24hr reception so if you need anything they are always there. The rooms were spacious and have a mini kitchen that you can cook from and such. It’s right down the road from Chapel street so if you’re a party person then this is a close location where you can go after a night out!! Lots of cafes and restaurants/bars to choose from as well. Coles/woolies a minute walk down the road and under ground parking for $30 a night. Also is a good hotel for art lovers as they have artwork displayed at every corner you turn, even in your rooms!

Great location right near the venue we were going to for a show in Prahan and across the road from Prahan market. Comfortable beds, clean and there is a little kitchen in the room which was great! Staff were very friendly and helpful, parking was full but we were able to park on the street as it was after hours. Trendy little motel with a nice vibe, and we did run into a celebrity in the lobby!

I like the quirky aspects of the Art series hotels. Adam Cullen is a happening artist which means the hotel isn't vanilla like many. Our room was a decent size and the connectivity to stream, play music, use WiFi was very good. Location is good for restaurants and access to transport. Prahan Markets brilliant even if neighbouring parts of Chapel St have seen better days.

This hotel is in a great location, in a busy part of Melbourne yet once in the room there is peace and quiet....except for the sound of roof top aircon and people making noise in the corridors, otherwise soundproof rooms. Balcony was great, with lovely view of parklands and interesting buildings. Pity about the building works overlooking and generating noise. Quiet at night until people in room next door settled in to their balcony for constant talking, so unable to enjoy my balcony any more. Prior to that the privacy and enjoyment was great. Mostly v clean and good first impression.

Spacious and neat. Great coffee pods for the nespresso. Loved the artwork, very unique. Rooms were well sound insulated between other rooms. So many amazing restaurants and coffee shops nearby, all with an amazing vibe. The Prahran Market is across the road, with loads of fabulously fresh produce. Near to stations and walking distance from Woolworths, Coles, Dan Murphy and much more!
